1980 CB750C jetting

Hello all, I just moved from 7000 ft to sea level. And I think the moto is running lean. The plugs are stark white and fouling. Can anybody tell me the optimal jet size for sea level on the old beasts. Or can I adjust the air mixture and be ok, or am I even on the right track? Thanks much
