Spoke Wheels for a '80 CB750C?

Hello everyone,
I am interested in replacing the factory comstar wheels on my '80 cb750c with spokes.  I have searched older posts.  While I have found some very knowlagable posts on a variety of subject matter, haven't found much information on what might be required in this instance.  As I am new to this site, I may well have overlooked it.  I would appreciate the insights of anyone who has done this or knows what would be involved.  

My forks in pretty bad shape so swapping to an earlier front end wouldn't be out of the question, but a straight wheel swap would be ideal. Thanks in advance for you help!
