Frame and cafe seat questions 78 750f

Hey folks, I'm new to the site, but as I have been reading all the posts I have grown too really appreciate all the info so freely given, Ya'll are awesome. I have but two guestions at this time. Is their any difference in F and K models when it comes to the frame or can I bolt on parts from either with no mods.
