Frame for something like that I think is virtually identical. I cant be positive but I will check and it. I am almost certain though. The only thing I ran into issues with were the foot pegs. The F also has a mount for the rear disk but I think it was on the swing arm.
The seat looks nice but I have not knowledge of them. Maybe check their feedback.
Also check here in the online links and you might find something for seats. 75 is a lot for shipping.
