Lack of power...?

Hi guys!

Having fixed the headlight following your kind advice, now I am moving on trying to fix other bits.
In the last couple of weeks, I have noticed that the bike has somehow lost some power. I have not done anything yet hence I am here again asking you for advice! Could it be the chain, sparks, carbs????

Also, another point is that when I switch the bike on it struggles to saty on unless I play a bit with the throttle.... if I don't do this the bike stay on for a minute or two and then goes off.

I have practically no experience on mechanical stuff so you may fthink that the asnwer is quite obvious!
