Re: using Seafoam in the gas.  I think the manufacturer recommends 1 ounce per gallon of gas in the tank.  Some recommend more, depending on which forum you visit.  However, I would go with 1 ounce per, over a few tankfuls.  It does help get rid of crud and buildup in the fuel system.  The spray product is good for fogging the carb inlets, but any decent carb cleaner will do the same as Seafoam spray.

Fogging in this case is lightly spraying the carbs' air inlets until they look clean, then spraying it heavily into the carb inlets until the engine dies.  Then you wait about 5-10 minutes for the product to soak in and clean out the airways.  Then restart the engine.  Be prepared for LOTS of smoke and stumbling as everything that got loose works its way through the engine.  Of course, you can do the same thing by removing the carb assembly and cleaning each carb, but for some this is an easier workaround.
