can't get above 55mph

I put the stock airbox back on the other day, adjusted pilot screws to 3 turns out added some seafoam to fresh tank of gas. Now I am having trouble getting above 55 mph on the highway and am haveing trouble getting above 5000rpms under load. Just idleing it will rev up no problems, when I had my pod filters on it would rev up and run as fast as I wanted to.

I am assuming I have a vacuum leak somewhere, or am I looking in the wrong direction? Where should I start looking now?
