Another carb question

I love this bike but it is driving me nuts. Okay, my 1980 k model are still having some carb issues. With the stock airbox new filter it is still struggling at highway speed, I thought it was possibly a starving for fuel problem but I don't think it is. I took the airbox off and put the pods back on and it runs good down the highway, so this would make me to believe that it is a lean issue. What do I need to do.

Everything is stock as far as jets and exhaust.

Any help would be appreciated.
