the retainers on the frame pop up and the chain tensioners pivot out of the way and the whole wheel slides out.... I think the chrome end on the axle is on there for good, so the axle must slide through. I haven't gotten to work on it today. Tomorrow I'm going to get that thing out.. Thanks to all yinz.. I'll let ya know how she goes.
