The picture option is yours to do with as you please. There are some things that are outside the border of good taste (who knows, there might be little kids reading this forum), but if you want to put your face on there, feel free. You might start a trend when we all follow your example.
I just worry about the aliens finding me by seeing my face on this forum. I don't always wear the aluminum alien-thought-blocker helmet, and I can't be spirited away in their space ship: I have to work in Atlanta
next week.
