Damn Brian! You da Man! Thanks a million. I checked all the connections yesterday and cleaned everything up and put dielectric grease on all of them. Then I had a small emergency, too long to discuss here but I had to pack everything up as I saw rain clouds forming. I need a garage! I did check the voltage with the bike running and sure enough it is not charging. I will check all the things you suggested today and let you know.
