My problem must coming from the front, since the rear was ok before i touch the front turn signals. By dual filament, you mean 2 wires coming from the turn signals? Yes. 1 black and one black and white with a + on it.

The front might be grounding through the rear ones. I am assuming that your bulbs are double filament.
