If, you remove the bulb, and it has two silver dots on the bottom. It is a double filament. If it has only one. it is a single. The double would need two sources of power. One, for running lights, and another, for flashers. then it would need a ground. If it is a single then one wire would go to flashers, and the other to ground. If it is a single, and, you have both wires hooked to power. They will stay on all the time.
