Issues with front breaks on 76 750f

The piston clamped down while on a ride the other day.  Today I pulled the calipers apart cleaned the piston, bleader nipple, replaced the copper line and lubed the moving parts.  Put it all back together and couldn't get enough pressure up to bleed it or push the piston even a little. I'm thinking it's the master cylinder.  Now the question, rebuild kit, replace or take it to a pro since breaks are kinda important and I'm a 100% novice. Thoughts?
