flat tire.

found flat tire this morn, had a lil air in a tank. after fillin i can hear/feel air leakin from around the valve stem. gonna try to tighten a smidge. if this doesnt work, any ezy way to replace without takin the tire off? if you remove the tire, shouldnt it be balanced? hmmmm...
