There are little screws on the sides of your carbs. The ones on the 1-2 carbs are on the left, and the 3-4 are on the right. The #2 might have a vacuum line fitting instead of the screw. Remove the screws, and install the little tubes that come with the vacuum gauges. The #2 carb will be your base, so you will not adjust it. Remove the tops off of 1,3, and 4 carbs. You will see the adjusting screws, and lock nuts. Adjust them to the same reading as #2.
I would also suggest before syncing the carbs, you adjust the valves, timing chain, set the point gap, and timing.
