This is indeed the bike from Superior, nice to see a local . Whereabouts are you located?

They posted on Craigslist for $1000 (they actually had a sticker on the bike in the shop for $1200), but I ended up getting it for $650 (after some awesome negotiation assistance from a cousin).

That is a sweet setup to check the charging system/battery while riding. Did you set up a 12V cigarette charger, or directly hook into the electrical system?

I'm looking to do something similar, with the additional step of having a means to charge my cell phone while riding (that way I can gps track my rides, and other such fun/silly things).
