If you are using a 4 into 1 header they are already grouped together.Just pop a flange on the end of it to accept the turbo.No need for a muffler since the turbo will "cut up" the sound waves so much it will most likely be incredibly quiet(sleeper).Listen to some of the high horsepower cars that are turbo'd on you tube,they aint using mufflers.Then just run a piece of 1 1/2" exhaust pipe up to the carbs.Probably use one silicone 90 boot to connect your pipe from the turbo to the log manifold and one to connect(straight,i would presume)to the turbo it self.If you can weld yourself it would be extremely cheap to do.Most exhaust shops will sell you a stick of pipe(8' lenghts) that size for about $10.Get him to put a few bends on it for you (tip him,of course)and you'll be good to go.Using a log type manifold would probably work fine since you are dealing with pressurized air ,you shouldnt really have mixture distribution issues.If you can at least cut pipe and hole-saw a few holes,then go back to the muffler shop and get those guys to weld that up too.Having a long run back to the carbs like that may cause it to spool up a little slower,but will effectively act as an intercooler.Google "butt-mounted turbos for an f-body camaro".Same basic idea.You will most definitely need an electric fuel pump and boost referenced fuel pressure regulator.I cant price these parts since i havent looked for them and the ones we have used on our race cars were all rated at 1,000 hp+.Obviously overkill for a build like this and i doubt the bikes electrical system would support a pump that pulls almost 25 amps.
  You could even save a few buck and just use radiatir hoses to connect to the manifold and the carbs themselves.You won't need silicone up there.It won't be hot enough to warrant silicone boots,really.
    These bikes are right at 9:1 compression,so unless you are talking serious boost,stock compression should be good for 8-10 lbs of boost on good gas. On auto engines you have to increase the ring end gap for forced induction,im not sure on these motors.Cant help you there.
If you want,and your bike has the same round top carbs as mine, i can build you a manifold if you like.Probably take a few hours.I got all winter to get mine going.
