I need help QUICK. I'm synching my carbs

I finally got everything together to synch my carbs. I looked online and built my own manometer. It's all working properly. I know carb #2 is the control and you adjust the other ones to match #2. when I turn the bike on, #2 has too much vacuum and sucks up all the liquid in the manometer. So do I tighten the adjust screw or loosen it to match #2?

Please help bc I'm in my garage doing it right now.
