you can get transparent sticker paper anywhere, well semi transparent,, however, the transparencies in photoshop still print opaque, there is no cmyk printer that can print a transparent layer, but, you can just leave the ticks white, and white to a printer is no ink. Nothing really looks good printed on that stickerpaper though, nothing that I would find worthy of my bike.
I am a professional designer, I know all about photoshop illustraitor indesign quark,,etc.. printing process, transparencies in these programs, are not the best way to design, your leaving too much to chance, when you send files to print with transparencies, the program flattens them and picks the closest color represented, it's better to pick it yourself, and be right on the money.
