1st overlook on the left if you get on the parkway near Waynesboro heading towards Humpback Rocks. Had to get up and ride in the lovely 40 degree awesome to get there in time for the sun to come up.
Absolutely worth every moment of numb.
You are fortunate to live so close to such amazing sites shiny. Seriously, I envy you (and not just for that polish job
