Modern gasoline can go bad (form varnish deposits) after just one month of sitting. A stabilizer can be a good thing if used periodically during the riding season, but something that actually dissolves varnish deposits, is even better. That's why I use
SeaFoam, rather than other products: it stabilizes gasoline, and it cleans deposits at the same time. I sometimes add it to a tankful, during the riding season, just as a preventative measure. It won't hurt the engine, but it can help it. Cheers!
