In all honesty, your bike is in
near-mint, stock condition. It would be a shame to alter it. I would suggest you sell it as a turn-key bike, touting it's near-mint,
superb condition. Take the profit, and buy one not nearly so pristine, and hack at it, to your heart's content.
There are collectors out there, who would pay top dollar for your bike. Why throw money away?

E-Bay, Baby! Spend some cash on posting an ad with multiple views, from every angle. Take a video, and post it on YouTube, then put the link in your e-Bay ad, so interested bidders can see, and hear it run. Show that beauty off, in all of its glory -- then run, with the money, to your PC, and start searching CL for a bike you can modify to what you really want. Just my opinion. Cheers!
