Help with carbs

Ok is there anyone who lives around me who can clean and fix my carbs ? I had a buddy who said he could clean them out and everything would be all good . Well it isn't .. I put in new jets and new air cut off valves . And that ever the kit came with. But he wouldnt use the new gaskets  because he said well they aren't leaking and said they are a bitch to get on ????  Oh so after the bike still not running good he said I have a air leak and need new boots . With new boots it's still the same . And now isnt back firing  and two of my carbs are leaking out nipples . ??   So  in the beganing the bike started the stall out bad idel a #1 pipe and. On #2 pipe are alot colder than 3-4 . And just before 6rpm it kicks like stall ? Like in and out sometimes I can get a little bit pasted 6rpm but not real like its dead ??   Oh I put in the $42.00 something plugs  in but didn't help. But I can start up better .  I live in upstate new York ( Elmira ) maybe someone here could clean them and how much . Ive. Been going crazy about this and missed all the nice weather .  Errrr...  Oh sorry if I missed spelled anything wrong in here I'm using my iPhone and I can't go back and see that I've typed or the spell checked puts what ever it wants sometimes..    My email is [e-mail]  of you want to just email me back .
