Cash talks! You would be surprised how many times i have totally lowballed somebody on their asking price.When they say "No deal",i put the cash in their hand and say"thats all i got,take it or leave it".They never want to hand cash back!The guys who say their price is "firm"...i consider that a challenge.They usually budge the most!
