Stand back! I've got a multimeter and I know how to use it! lol…I'll track that electrical short down for sure. That's easy compared to breaking into the engine. (only because it takes longer and requires even more special tools)

That much of a leak doesn't really concern me. I'm not one of those guys who has to have a spotless bike wherever I go! LOL

What about that petcock? That's the thing that really concerns me…I don't want the bike igniting at a stop light! :) Are those lines supposed to have clamps, or are they just friction fit? I've got new line from a parts store, so I'll be replacing all the fuel and vacuum lines anyway. :)
