Im in VA.DMV said im allowed 250 miles a week(yeah right!),cant leave the state,and it cant be daily transportation.Thats for the black and white tag.The other tag,purple and yellow,
i can ride like normal.I got the black tag,no decals,no state inspection.I'll see what transpires
