I got an email back from that guy yesterday and all he said was, (EXACT QUOTE) "I made a bunch of them--You should have yours very soon."  

No commitment at all. "You SHOULD have yours soon."  (it has already been 10 days)


The sellers name is Jemroux.

I called Ebay and told them they need a rule that sellers can only sell what they actually have.
Not place orders for items after they get paid for items.
