A tool kit should contain tools

I was browsing eBay and came across something listed by south side_Honda as a "vintage Honda common tools dealer tool kit".  It's an empty yellow box.  Admittedly, down in the description the seller does say it contains no tools, and I don't think anyone would be fooled, but in my book, something described as a tool kit should actually contain tools.
