Well only a few days late! I recently put on 500 in a day. I had the stock tool kit and nothing more. Looking back, about the only thing I would add, really, would be tire spoons and tubes. And maybe a 10 and 12mm wrench.
Road hazards are an obvious issue, mostly for the rear. The saying is " front kicks it up, rear picks it up."
The tool kit has most of what you need in it, so you do not have to add too much.

If I do ever pack more, my criteria will be based on size and weight. If it is light and can be compressed or is small, it wins.
