Looks like a Gerber Suspension multi-tool. Great piece. I got mine in a $2 box lot at an auction. It had Elmer's glue all over it. 20 minutes of cleaning, and she's good as new.
I did have to use the toolkit when my license plate holder lost one of its bolts. I was lucky to have thrown in a few extra nuts, and had the proper wrench to tighten it down. That reminds me to get some metric stop nuts (with the nylon insert) next time I'm in town.
