I'm more of a "content is everything" contributor. Part of my engineering background. Work the problem, get stuff going, and then you can chit-chat after the equipment is purring like a kitten.  After an all nighter rebuilding computer systems, it's nice to kick your feet up on the machine you just resurrected, drinking a cup of your favorite, and shooting the breeze with your colleagues. But that's just me.  I also like to keep things light and sometimes goofy, as a little laughter helps people work together better.

Funny...I ride the same way: pretty serious face, not much smile unless I'm next to a car with little kids in it. But on the inside, I'm grinning with each mile on the bike. I had forgotten how fun it is to ride, even with all the crazy cagers on the road. I'm not looking forward to spring, when the snow's gone and cagers don't see the bikes.
