Don't forget to replace the rubber o-ring in the caliper. While doing that, use a brass bristle brush or a dremel with said attachment and clean out the caliper. DOT3 fluid attracts moisture which builds up and causes the piston to no retract properly.
Have you ever rebuilt any part of the front brake? Do you still have the stock hose?
I would suggest cleaning the caliper, replacing the brake line(braided are awesome), and as tools said, rebuild the master.
