OK so it took me a few days to find a compression tester in town that fit the treads, but now we have some results.
The compression on the #1 #2 and #4 cylinders is reading 40 psi but the compression on the #3 cylinder is 100 psi. My guess the valve timing is incorrect, but I'm unsure as to how to fix it
