About the same here:  sometime end of March, or whenever the roads are not too sandy, in April.  It depends on temp's:  we won't ride in anything below 55 F, as the windchill at 55-65 MPH, in that air temperature, is quite harsh (99% of our riding is highway...).  No heated clothing, so we're dependent upon insulating layers, which only go so far.

According to this, our wind chill with an air temperature of 55 F, riding at 65 MPH, would be 33 F old school, and 46 F with the new math.  

I'm old school -- it feels more like 33 F, than it does 46 F...  Brrrrrrrrrrrrr!  Cheers!
