Im just joined the squealing front brake club

I cannot stand that noise! I rebuilt the master cylinder and the caliper due to both of them leaking. My pads were saturated with brake fluid so I replaced them with a set of Bikemaster brand pads.Brakes feel awesome now,but squeal nonstop when off the brakes.A tad bit of pressure on the lever shuts it up.Not much pressure, not even enough to slow the bike down any.I removed and double checked everything, chamfered the edges of the shoes(always worked on my cars) and put a little silicone brake stuff behind the pads. The stuff that is proposed to eliminate brake squeal. No better. If i adjust the caliper with a little slack on the inner pad it gets louder. If i adjust the caliper to a fair amount of pressure(too much, really) on the inner pad it SCREAMS.If i adjust the caliper to slight pressure on the inner pad it squeals/whistles constantly until pressure is applied like i said before.Under normal or full braking pressure it is completely silent.I'm lost...as usual.Any ideas?
