The ride on idea is a good one vs. a ramp. The screw jack portion should easy enough to incorporate into your initial design Cabreco. I think that first one you posted would hold the front tire well enough,but i would probably use a strap around the front tire like in the second pic. You know it cant jump out like that. This is for your welding class,right?Then make it as complicated as humanly possible!
Shoot for that extra credit!
