Thanks for the insight sarge. I used specific cable lube that I picked up at the honda dealer while I was getting some other parts a while ago.
Anyone have any tips on the jumping? It was pretty much unusable it was jumping so much.
I thought it might be slipping, so I tried screwing it in tighter to see if that helps.
If that doesn't work, does anyone know of a way to fix it? Do I need to pony up and buy a new speedo?
Judging by the cost of things on ebay (seem to go for about $100, plus the ~$30 it would take to ship it to Canada) I am thinking I might just get something different and better looking from Carpy or another place.
