bleading ss lines ?

so im using brand new fluid and i pump and when i go to bleed all i get is liquid out, but my calipers arnt getting any tighter ? my master break dosnt have a bleed nipple, but both lines are attached to the master, normally i just pump hold and bleed, tighten, and relase and its worked ?
