A trick I learned on my dual disk KZ900.
I used a squirt ketchup bottle, like the kind you would find at a diner, filled with brake fluid and attached a hose to the spout and the other end to the bleeder on the caliper. Make sure the bottle is full and upside down, then squeeze the fluid into the caliper, up through the lines into the MC.
Keep a close eye on the level in the reservoir, and remove fluid as needed. The air bubbles should be forced up and out.
Air wants to rise to the top, so doing it this way is the path of least resistance.
