Amen brother! They are out to make a buck,not protect consumers. We had a lady complain to the BBB TWO YEARS after we installed her HVAC system because we refused to drive 50 miles and replace her air filter for free as a warranty claim. We informed both the customer AND the BBB that two years is waaaay past due for the first filter change EVER on any system and that we would be glad to change the filter and clean/repair any resulting damages/blockages per out usual service charge. Long story short,the BBB will agree to erase her complaint from our record if we agree to a $1800 dollar processing fee!!!  Ain't happening!

p.s.   we tried to issue a complaint against the BBB    LOL    they didnt like that ...and the paperwork they promised never showed up in the mail. Imagine that.
