Yes....Just what i was talking about.

It does not matter who is right, the consumer or the vendor.
The BBB still gets their fees. It is a business.

I flew from Arizona to Chicago to check out a firm that deals with patents.
That business had a BBB sticker on their window.
When I returned home a friend of mine showed me a newspaper article
that said the business I checked out had 33 counts of mail fraud against it.
BTW before I left, that business wanted to get $1500.00 from me.
I said "I will think it over." I was Lucky I did not pay.
