Hey guys! I have a strange problem with my headlight that hopefully someone can shed some light on. By the way, this forum is great. I got some excellent help diagnosing a charging system problem a few months ago- which has since been fixed!
Here's the problem: Headlight is off axis.
- BIKE: 1980 CB750 F SUPERSPORT
The lens puts out (what it is suppose to be) a horizontally-oriented beam (shoots across the road). That horizontal line is off by about 30-40 degrees, so what I have is more of a diagonal line- which is very annoying and makes riding at night difficult.
I've taken off the headlight assembly and looked for a way to adjust it and couldn't find anything. Everything is meant to go in one way and one way only. I can't adjust the lens, cant adjust the mounts.
Any suggestions or insight?!?!
Thanks everyone!
