Anybody know any dual piston rear disc models?

Im changing out my brake pads and my rear caliper definitely needs a rebuild! The pistons are gouged pretty bad and when I put the new pads on it locked the rear brake due to the pistons not wanting to move freely. I started looking for pistons for the rear but came up blank? In my Clymers manual and everywhere Ive looked tss showing my bike with a single piston rear???? I wonder if the previous owner swapped the rear setup with another model? The pistons I have measure 27mm x 35mm, and Ive found 27mm pistons for 91-96 cb750SC but theyre 31mm tall? Can I use these?

Im trying to get all this stuff ordered and I want to go ahead and rebuild all the calipers while Im at it but now Im wondering what rebuild kit to order for the rear? Any help would........well I guess it would help!?  Thanks guys!
