Hmm. That's crappy for sure!

I'm in Michigan, if he holds the title it's a super-easy process to get a new title. Have to show up, pay $15, and they ship one to your registered address. Takes a week, 2 at most. I had to wait to get one after I had the title, and it fell out on the side of the highway in darkness, in a downpour, while I was loading up the newly-acquired bike into the back of a pickup.

If you need any Michigan-specific help, feel free to get ahold of me. E-mail is cdaiscool@gmail.com.

Good luck getting everything sorted! I can also help you with a process for getting a title. Well, I can show you where to go anyways. There's a few states that allow a simple bill-of-sale for a title, and if you 'sell' the bike to them, give 'em a bill of sale, they can submit that, get a title, then 'sell' the bike back to you. With the new title.

It's a thought, anyways.
Turbos, Hondas, 4-bangers, what could go wrong?

Shiny: [...] Considering the weather you've had to put up with I'd say you get an Iron Butt award and a Frozen Nipple trophy to go along with it. First time I've ever posted the word nipple... it ends here.
