I have bought and sold over 25 bikes over the years. I have found that many states back in those early years did not even issue a title for a motorcycle. All that was done is a bill of sale and a registration and licence plate. Here in Nevada all you have to do is take the bike to the DMV and they verify the frame and engine number and run it through the system. If it comes up clear (not reported stolen) they issue a title in your name along with registration and a licence plate and with proof of insurance your done and good to go. As far as the key you can try two things. First there should be a number stamped on the switch. Take that to a Honda Dealer and see if you can get a key. If not you can buy a new switch and steering lock as a set and replace the one you have. I have seen them on EBay. Good luck and I am sure you can work it out.
All stock except Dyna-S solid state ignition and tires. It has 32,000 original miles. The complete bike has had a frame bare restore.
