I have tons of these. Your best bet is to replace them with allen head fasteners.You will never have to fight a stripped out phillips head again! If you want to go back with the original bolts I have a motor I just started tearing down and all the bolts are good and healthy. I think there is actually 3 different length on the valve cover bolts. Measure (in inches please if possible)and I can send you some.
