front end wobble

I've got this odd "wobble" at low speeds around 30-40 mph, goes away at high speeds.  Acts like an unbalanced tire on a car, but this just recently showed up on my bike.  Anyone had this experience before? or how to fix it?
My bike has a front fender on it and tires have less than 1000 miles on them.  the bike is 75 cb750F
