Hey Paul used(well put)The shop light on their for a beer or two (tea in yo case),When I heated the second for about 1/2 hr Lil hot to touch but could,popped out with bigg screw driver,"O" and put your new seals in freezer,for the time it takes to do both and they will slip in easy,they warm up fast,your still going to need the bigg azz socket to make it straight N such.
Hair dryer should work ,I was going to use the torch,Paul said would get way to hot.
