Cool! And welcome to our passion.

Day before yesterday I took home a 1980 CB750C that's been sitting idle since 2007. Drained the gas tank, spilled gas on me and the garage floor. Pulled the tank cause the petcock was leaking more gas on the floor. I dropped the gas tank on the garage floor, scraping and chippinng the paint and spilling more old gas on the floor and me. I replaced the gas line and o-ring on the petcock connecting nut. Drained the old gas from the float bowls, spilling gas on me and the driveway. Admired the cool Accel coils the PO installed before replacing the gas tank. Put a gallon of fresh high test in the tank and half pint on my pants and driveway when the funnel fell out of the tank.
Finally, my neighbor came over with his "jump box". We hooked it up to the dead battery, pulled the choke and OH MY GOD she fired up! Can't slap the shit eatin' grin off my face!
In the immortal words of Homer Simpson, "Woo Hoo!"new to me 1980 cb750c still workin' on it while I ride my Suzuki SV650n
